Wood products that are made on the laser engraver WILL SMELL OF BURNT WOOD. This is normal. If the smell is too strong or bothersome leave the ornament out to air out for a couple days.

Cleaning
Most GSC products are top rack dishwasher safe.
If your product has wood or metal on it please DO NOT place in dishwasher. Hand wash with mild soap and dry immediately.
