USPS is majorly delayed in tracking, sending and delivering packages due to the above covid issue plus the slowing down of many facilities sorting machines.
While we want to do everything in our power to get your packages to you we ask that you give the shipping provider, as well as us, some grace during this time.
If you package is stuck please sign up for the text or email notifications on the package. If that doesn't pick it back to moving please use the shipping insurance provided by ROUTE to claim your missing package if you purchased.
